Marks are common on leather as each skin is different to the other. As no two skins are the same. Color variation of actual product received and as seen on your screen / monitor cannot be subject to return or refund of merchandise. Leather is a natural byproduct of animal hide. All our products are made from buff leather (full grain or top grain). This natural hide give is a raw and tough appearance and when handled with proper care it can last for decades.
