
Refund and Returns Policy

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
After placing the order on the website and receiving an intimation from us that we have received your order, you can cancel the order only if such order has been placed inadvertently no later than 24 hours of receiving such intimation by sending us an email via our contact us section with the subject “Cancellation”.
If the order was paid through any of the online modes of payment, the refund will be credited to you electronically to your original mode of payment withing fourteen working days only if your request has been sent to us withing 24 hours of receiving the product.
Please note that cancellation will only be allowed if the order has not been processed, because all our products are freshly cut and made only when we receive the order confirmation from your end.
In case of cancellation after 24 hours, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the remainder.
DAMAGED PRODUCT DELIVERED
If our product is received by you in a damaged condition, we will require a video recording of the unboxing of the product for us to replace the damaged product.
If the defect or damage has not been communicated to us within twenty-four hours of receipt of the product(s), we shall not be held responsible for failure to provide a replacement of the product.
Once the damaged product is delivered to our warehouse. The damaged product will be checked and inspected thoroughly to ensure the authenticity and quality of the product vis a vis your original order to qualify for a replacement.
If on inspection of the damaged product our QC team finds that the product was not actually damaged, then the product will be shipped back to you.
If the returned damaged product is acknowledged and accepted by us confirming its authenticity of the damage, we will send you a confirmation email and your replacement will be processed and dispatched to you within an appropriate time frame which will be communicated to you.
WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED
If our product is received by you is the wrong product other that what you have ordered, we will require a video recording of the unboxing of the product for us to replace the wrong product.
If you do not communicate with us via our Contact Us page within twenty-four hours of receipt of the wrong product, we shall not be held responsible for failure to provide a replacement of the wrong product. In your communication to us please attach a soft copy of the product ordered along with the unboxing video. There will be no refund applicable.
We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
We shall arrange for the wrong product to be picked up from your delivery address and bring it to our manufacturing facility. If we are unable to arrange the pickup for any reason from your address, we shall communicate the same to you and it would then be your responsibility to ensure that the wrong product is dispatched back to our manufacturing unit.
