We provide ten years warranty for our product(s) against defects in material and workmanship under ordinary / normal / rational / logical consumer use. This warranty does not extend to defects, damage or loss caused due to accident, misuse, neglect, fire, chemicals, oil, or damage from other external causes like accidents, self-repair, or use of the product in ways not intended for its original purpose.

During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the leather of your product, you are required to follow our instructions for returning the product.
You are required to ensure that the product is well-packed, using either the original packaging or packaging material of equal grade, so that no damage is caused to the product in transit along with a copy of the product receipt.

We will, at our discretion, to the extent permitted by law, (i) repair the product using new parts, (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product to be replaced.

The warranty applies, to the extent permitted by law, to any repair or replacement made by the company till the remainder of the original limited warranty period.
All products that are replaced shall become our property.

The warranty is not transferable from one user/customer to another.

Our maximum liability under the warranty policy is limited to replacement of the product(s) or the cost of repair or replacement charges, whichever is lower.
The courier charges and logistics of the product to be refurbished to and from the manufacturer will be borne by the buyer of the product.
