ORDER ACCEPTANCE:

CANCELLATION, REFUND, WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

CANCELLEATIONS
After placing the order on the website and receiving an intimation from us that we have received your order, you can cancel the order only if such order has been placed inadvertently and no later than 24 hours of receiving such intimation by sending an email to us via our contact us section with the subject “Cancellation”.
If the order was paid through any of the online modes of payment, the refund will be credited to you electronically to your original mode of payment withing fourteen working days.
Please note that cancellation will only be allowed if the order has not been processed, because all our products are freshly cut and made only when we receive the order confirmation from your end. When you place an order, our manufacturing unit instantly receives the details of your order and begins the process of the production of your product. In case of cancellation after 24 hours, there is no refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for other product(s) of same or higher value by paying the remainder.

 
DAMAGED PRODUCT OR WRONG PRODCUT DELIVERED
If the product is received in a damaged condition or wrong product, wrong size we will require a video recording of the unboxing of the product for us to replace the damaged or wrong product.
If the damaged product or wrong product received has not been communicated to us via our Contact Us section with Subject “Damaged Product” or “Wrong Product” as the case may be, within twenty-four hours of receipt of the product(s), we shall not be held responsible for failure to provide a refund or replacement of the product.
We shall arrange for the wrong product to be picked up from your delivery address and bring it to our manufacturing facility. If we are unable to arrange the pickup for any reason from your address, we shall communicate the same to you and it would then be your responsibility to ensure that the wrong product is dispatched back to our manufacturing unit.
In any of the aforesaid scenarios, please ensure that the product to be returned is packed well so that no further damage is caused to the product in the return transit.
The damaged product or wrong product being returned should be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging (including the internal packaging of the product), accompanied with a copy of the order placed.
Once the damaged product or wrong product is delivered to our warehouse. The damaged product or wrong product will be checked and inspected thoroughly to ensure the authenticity and quality of the product vis a vis your original order to qualify for a replacement.
If on inspection of the damaged product or wrong product our QC team finds that the product was not actually damaged or isn’t the wrong product, then the product will be shipped back to you.
If the returned damaged product or wrong product is acknowledged and accepted by us confirming its authenticity of the damage or wrong product delivery, we will send you a confirmation email and your replacement will be processed and dispatched to you within an appropriate time frame which will be communicated to you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the replacement is approved or not.
If approved, you will receive the replacement product as per your original order placed on the website.

 
SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS POLICY:

For the time being, we only process orders for delivery within india. Your shipping address, city, state and pin code will be verified before shipping the product.

If your order cannot be delivered by our logistics partners, we shall request you to provide us with a different shipping address that can be serviced by our delivery partners.

While delivering any product or service to you, the company may request you to provide documents supporting your identity. These documents may include, but are not limited to, an identification or residence proof issued by the government of india, to establish the ownership of the instrument of payment used by you for the purchase of a product or service.

Since our products are made only once the order is received, we usually get most orders delivered within fifteen to twenty-one working days for retail orders from the date of order acceptance.

The estimated days mentioned keeping in mind cutting, carving, crafting, compressing, stitching, buffing, polishing, QC, and packaging.

Dispatch and delivery times are for guidance only.

In case of any delays in delivery of a product that occur because of reasons beyond our control, we shall not be held responsible. Delay in logistics does not establish the grounds or any entitlement for a refund.

We dispatch our product in tamper proof packaging. While accepting delivery, if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse the delivery of the package.

The company / website will not be held responsible for delay in delivery which is beyond our control once it leaves the manufacturing facility.

WARRANTY POLICY:

We provide ten years warranty for our product(s) against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under ordinary / normal / rational / logical consumer use.

This warranty does not extend to defects, damage or loss caused due to accident, misuse, neglect, fire, chemicals, oil, or damage from other external causes like accidents, self-repair, or use of the product in ways not intended for its original purpose, and damage not attributable to the manufacturer’s material or workmanship of the product.

During the warranty period, if a defect arises in a product, you are required to follow our instructions for returning the product. You are required to ensure that the product is well-packed, using either the original packaging or packaging material of equal grade, so that no damage is caused to the product in transit along with a copy of the product receipt. We will, at our discretion, to the extent permitted by law, (i) repair the product using new parts, (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product to be replaced.

The warranty applies, to the extent permitted by law, to any repair or replacement made by the company till the remainder of the original limited warranty period.

All products that are replaced shall become our property.

The warranty is not transferable from one user/customer to another. Our maximum liability under the warranty policy is limited to replacement of the product(s) or the cost of repair or replacement charges.

The courier charges and logistics of the product to be refurbished to and from the manufacturer will be borne by the buyer of the product. For any inquiries regarding the repair of the said product about the warranty, please send an email via our Contact Us page with the subject line as “warranty”.
